puasa enam

ok nabihah.. kau ni bajet baik la kan nak tulis post pasal puasa enam. padahal kau tiap-tiap tahun pun macam ni. dah berapa syawal baru terkedek-kedek nak puasa enam kan. kan. kan.

daripada Abu Ayub berkata bahawa Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda yang bermaksud:
" Sesiapa yang berpuasa di bulan Ramadhan, kemudian mengiringinya dengan puasa enam hari di bulan Syawal, pahalanya seperti berpuasa setahun"

biasa dengar kan hadis ni? jangan cakap tak biasa sedangkan maxis siap bagi MMS free sebut pasal puasa enam dan disertakan dengan hadis ni. okay kalau betul-betul tak pernah dengar, renungkanlah. aku tak pandai nak olah ayat, lagi mendalam pasal ni boleh refer website himpunan hadis ni.

maka aku menyeru rakan-rakan, jom kita puasa enam sama-sama. better late than never kan?

cerita pasal puasa enam ni, aku kan baru nak start hari ni. so pagi tadi semangat nak bangun sahur sebab malam tadi tak dinner sebab ada orang tak nak ajak dinner. haha gurau, gurau. tak dinner sebab tak suka makan sorang-sorang. pastu dah lewat so malas makan. .
maka bangunlah sahur. dan disebabkan mimpi makan megi maka masak air untuk makan megi. aku tak ingat bila last time aku makan megi before aku decide untuk tak makan megi lagi dalam hidup aku. masa sekolah dulu kot. dah lama sangat tak makan megi. and pagi tadi aku rasa menyesal sebab makan. ya Allah, rasa dia, makan rasa macam makan plastik yang lembik-lembik. macam makan errghhh tak tau la. aku habiskan jugak since dah masak. pastu kuah dia. tak boleh diterima tekak. mintak maaf peminat megi atau instant noodles, aku rasa korang patut tukar selera korang.

aku pun tergatal tangan google sikit-sikit pasal instant noodles ni. let's see.

Instant noodles and the flavoring soup base also contain high amounts of monosodium glutamate.


Another concern regarding the consumption of fried foods, including instant noodles, is the possible presence of oxidation products resulting from poor maintenance of the oil. If the cooking oil is not maintained at the proper temperature or changed as often as necessary, these oxidation products, which are suspected to pose various health risks, can be present in the foods. Proper production standards minimize the risk.The most recent controversy concerns dioxin and other hormone-like substances that could theoretically be extracted from the packaging and glues used to pack the instant noodles. It was reasoned that harmful substances could seep into the soup as hot water was added.
